Ever Bright (Zhuhai) Electronic Co., Ltd. has two factories, one in Zhuhai and the other in Hunan province, with about 150 people each. Both of them have 7 departments: engineering department, production department, QA department, resourcing department, sales department, financial department, and administration department. The Zhuhai factory was established in 1999, passing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certificates. Besides, we have offices in HK China, NY USA, and Dusseldorf Germany.

Products Approved by UL, VDE, TÜV, and 3C Safety System
Most products are approved by UL, VDE, TÜV, 3C or other safety systems. All parts meet the requirements of RoHS/EU 2011/65/EC. Our products are mainly sold in North America, Europe, and other areas. We have our own machining, mold manufacturing center, plastic and hardware product processing center, and silicone steel material processing center.

Wide Product Range and Applications
Our main products are high-frequency transformers, low-frequency transformers, audio transformers, various inductors and coils, switching power supplies, linear power supplies, assembled products, plastic components, hardware components, and silicon steel material, which are widely applied in electronic equipment, mechanical equipment, power system, aerospace system, medical system, household appliance and communication system, etc.

Strict Quality Control
In the earlier stage of product design, we use FMEA, and PPAP to prevent product failure. When it comes to mass production, there is incoming inspection, in-process inspection, online testing, and final inspection. Also, we use the MSA measurement system and SPC statistical in-process control, etc., to make sure we keep supplying qualified products to the customers.

Policy on Child Labour

Policy on Compensation
Wages, including overtime and benefits, shall equal or exceed the level required by applicable laws and regulations. In the process of recruiting or employing employees, the company shall not collect any deposit (material) from employees, and shall not detain the original valid documents such as identity cards, graduation certificates, and technician certificates of employees. The employee can cancel their work contracts at any time with no financial penalty, subject to giving reasonable notice in accordance with local law or a collective agreement.
Policy on Health and Safety
The Company is obliged to provide a safe and healthy working environment to prevent accidents and injury, and when applicable, provide safe and healthy residential facilities, with applicable local law as a minimum.

Policy on Concern for the Environment
The Company will comply with environmental regulations including the latest version of RoHS directive(#1), REACH directive(#2), Halogen free initiative(#3), Ozone Depleting Chemicals (ODC) free initiative(#4), local environmental directives and standards applicable to their operations, and will observe environmentally conscious practices in all locations where they operate.
Environmental pollution shall be minimized and environmental protection shall be improved continuously. An environmental management system according to ISO 14001 or any equal system has to be implemented.
Policy on Sensitive Transactions

Policy on Commercial Bribery
It is our Corporate Policy to strictly forbid our employees to receive any personal benefit, including commissions, payments, loans, gratuities (including travel and entertainment), bribes, gifts, samples, services, or personal considerations in connection with any Ever Bright's contract or work.
Please also note that our employees are prohibited to accept any seasonal or festival gifts from our business partners, e.g. fruit baskets, flowers, moon cakes, entertainment tickets, Chinese New Year Red Pockets, etc.
Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
All books, time cards, expense reports, accounts, records, contract reports, and financial reports must be maintained in an accurate and auditable manner. The Company will not condone the falsifying of records for any reason. Infractions of this rule are cause for dismissal.
Use and Disclosure of Inside Information
From time to time, the Company undertakes to comply with a variety of security regulations designed to protect classified or confidential information. Each employee is charged with the responsibility to properly safeguard any classified and confidential information under the employee's custody and control and fully comply with all applicable security regulations.
Confidential or Proprietary Information
All Company or customer technical and business information is to be disclosed only to Company employees who have a "need to know" in order to perform their job duties. Company or customer technical information is to be disclosed outside the Company only after a "need to know" has been clearly established and proper authorizations, if required, have been received.
Policy on Conflicts of Interest
Personal activities or interests which may influence, or appear to influence, the objective decisions required of employees in the discharge of their job duties are considered conflicts of interest and are prohibited unless approved in writing by the Company. As an employee, you must be alert to the potential for a conflict of interest and must avoid even the appearance of a conflict. Products must be designed and manufactured in accordance with contractual commitments to our customers. We are obligated to perform any testing contractually required to meet these commitments and to provide the necessary supporting documentation. Employees responsible for executing inspection and testing documentation must ensure that it is complete and accurate.
